Located inside Tomato Factory in Hopewell — just minutes from Princeton — At Last Vintage features three full booths, each with its own personality and a deep mix of vintage, antiques, and hard-to-find pieces.

You’ll find everything from heavily carved wood furniture and glass-front cabinets to Persian-style rugs, upholstered armchairs, and solid wood tables with real age and character. There’s blue and white transferware, ironstone, cobalt glass glowing in the window light, classic serving pieces, and beautifully worn pottery and crocks.
Statement pieces stand out — brass deer sculptures, a bold red glass vase, a vintage globe, framed portraits, coastal artwork, a red rotary phone, mid-century lamps, and architectural fragments and stone garden planters ready for indoors or out.

Every piece is handmade in his Hopewell studio with true skill, care, and dedication to the craft. These are not factory-made items — they are one-of-a-kind works created by an award winning artist who has spent a lifetime perfecting his craft.

Take your time when you walk into Potter’s Wheel at Tomato Factory. There’s a lot to see!

Shelves are lined with American art pottery in deep greens, matte teals, warm browns, and blended glazes. Roseville jardinieres with raised florals. Weller vases with sculptural handles. Fulper forms with soft, flowing lines. Classic Rookwood pieces with beautiful detail. Pedestal bowls with applied roses. Tall statement vases. Arts & Crafts shapes that feel solid and timeless.

Mixed in are hand-painted pitchers, lidded pottery, crocks, teapots, and rich cobalt and cream pieces that stand out the second you spot them.

Inside the glass cases you’ll find early coins neatly sleeved and labeled, vintage beaded necklaces, pocket watches, cut crystal bowls, etched decanters, cobalt stemware, blue depression glass, pink pressed glass cups and saucers, brass goblets, transferware plates, and hand-painted platters.

Along the walls and lower shelves:
old mason jars and apothecary bottles, classic kitchen tools — strainers, mashers, ladles, hand mixers — wooden butter paddles, rolling pins, washboards, cast metal wall plaques (including zodiac and figural designs), antique candelabras, mid-century serving bowls, framed art tucked between other interesting pieces.

You’ll also notice the unexpected — black sculptural figurines, ruby and amber art glass, pedestal compotes, ceramic elephants, oversized yellow mixing bowls that feel straight out of a 1950s kitchen.

Whatever it is, you can find it in Hopewell’s Tomato Factory, located at 2 Somerset Street. Long a favorite of customers from Princeton and beyond, it is a cooperative featuring 18 different shops all conveniently located under one roof.

“The Tomato Factory has become the place I go when I am looking for something specific, whether it be seasonal decor or a gift for a friend, but also somewhere to go when I have a day off. It’s a magical place. You don’t tell Tomato Factory what you’re looking for — it tells you!” says Caroline Noebels of Hightstown.
